AUSTIN, Texas — Applications for freshman admission to The University of Texas at Austin increased 24.3% for the Fall 2025 term, compared with the number received one year ago. The University received 90,562 applications during the submission period of Aug. 1 to Dec. 1, compared with 72,885 applications received for Fall 2024 admission. Applications from Texas residents increased by 12%, while out-of-state applications soared ut eproxy by 48%. The search feature has several filters – such as Employer, Job Title, City – that you can use to search for opportunities. The most helpful filter may be Type of Job, where you can select full-time, internship, co-op, fellowship and others. Use additional filters to help you find very specific opportunities.
Campus Destinations
If you are a high school senior or a student who has completed high school and has not yet enrolled at another college or university after graduation, you should apply for freshman admission. Domestic freshmen are U.S. citizens, permanent residents or students who are graduating from a Texas high school. Such events tend to occur locally, on campus or in locations with distinct relevance to the campus community and its interests. The University, as a state agency, also refrains from taking positions on matters of public policy with rare exception.
